Our team provides legal consultancy, legal representation and guidance to its clients in the field of administrative law. It finds solutions to the problems faced by our real or legal person clients on issues related to the state and public authorities and represents them in legal processes.

Tax Law
We provide legal consultancy to our clients on tax liabilities, tax planning, tax disputes, tax penalties and tax audits, as well as representing our clients in tax matters and helping them solve tax law-related problems.

Real Estate Law
Our team provides legal consultancy to our clients in processes such as property rights, real estate acquisition, sale and rental, prepares contracts and represents our clients in legal processes both abroad and domestically.
Our Founding Partner
Attorney. Ece Özhelvacı graduated from Bahçeşehir University in 2019. Özhelvacı completed his MOOC training in the fields of Sustainable Energy and Global Companies at Hong Kong BAU in 2018, his MOOC training in the fields of Cyber-Crime at Washington DC BAU in 2018, and his MOOC training in the fields of Contract Law and Child Protection at Harvard University in 2019. He is interested in commercial law and contracts both at home and abroad. It continues its activities in law, real estate law, energy law and enforcement and bankruptcy law.
Law is not just a set of old theoretical rules based on reason and logic.
It varies according to the needs of time and place.
